Let's break that down a little shall we?

First of all, someone is hardly "innocent" if at the age of 22 they have sex with 15 year old boy's who they're supposed to be looking after. In regards to the content of Jan's website, here are some things you'll find on it, you can judge for yourself whether they just illustrate how the "registry has affected Jan's life" or something more sinister:

On January 8, 1981, Michael Morales strangled her with his belt until it broke. He then hit her in the head with a hammer 23 times, dragged her across a road face down and raped her, finishing off his work by stabbing her in the chest 4 times.

Terri was 17 years old.

For this Morales was sentenced to die. But Sarah Tofte, a "researcher" for Human Rights Watch argued that lethal injection was "cruel and unusual" punishment. Sarah as a student and prison activist once argued for reform. "My heart recoils within me; my compassion grows warm and tender."

I imagine with that mindset she would be very interested in reforming sex offender laws also. She identifies with the offender. She authored No Easy Answers: Sex Offender Laws in the US

This 146-page report is the first comprehensive study of US sex offender policies, their public safety impact, and the effect they have on former offenders and their families. During two years of investigation for this report, Human Rights Watch researchers conducted over 200 interviews with victims of sexual violence and their relatives, former offenders, law enforcement and government officials, treatment providers, researchers, and child safety advocates.

"Politicians didn't do their homework before enacting these sex offender laws. Instead they have perpetuated myths about sex offenders and failed to deal with the complex realities of sexual violence against children."

"Human Rights Watch is dedicated to protecting the human rights of people around the world.

Let's look at some of the recommendations made in this report and then we'll look at what kind of "homework" and research Sarah Tofte did in this "report" sponsored by Human Rights Watch.

Here's a sampling of recommendations:

Accountability for those who search online databases should be ensured by requiring the database user to specify the purpose for the search, and to provide his or her name and zip code
eliminate public access to online registries of sex offenders
Congress should eliminate public access to the national sex offender registry
Law enforcement officials should eliminate the use of posters, flyers, and other easily replicable materials to alert communities of the presence of a registered sex offender in their neighborhood
Access to sex offender registries should be limited to law enforcement
Former offenders should not be required to register with their schools or places of employment
No offender who was under the age of 18 at the time of his or her offense should be required to register
All provisions of the Adam Walsh Act that deal with state registration and community notification requirements should be repealed
If Congress does not repeal the Adam Walsh Act requirements as they pertain to state registration and community notification, states should not adopt the Adam Walsh Act provisions to their registration and community notification laws
Neither states nor localities should have residency restriction laws that apply to entire classes of former offenders

It sounds just like the petition to free sex offenders from accountability and abolish age of consent laws, doesn't it? We wrote about that here and here and the issue was wiki'd here.

So now let's look at her overwhelming evidence. And where she got it. Some of the people included Zman, Daniel Chenault, Johnny Ray Lee, Butch Brown and of course Linda Pehrson. We know Linda from her previous news interview "Just call me Susie" and her inclusion in the audio portion of Sarah's "report". You see, Linda's husband molested her daughter, after serving time in prison Linda let him come back into the home. Linda aka Amy says

I think my daughter’s very strong. I was a battered women’s counselor, for about eight years, and I’m about the strongest woman you’ll ever meet, so it’s not that I’m a weak woman, and I’m a standing by my man kind of gal, cause I’m not, I want to give my daughter all the tools and techniques she needs to empower her to get on with her life, I don’t want her to be a professional victim the rest of her life. I don’t want this to define her.

So Linda Pehrson is a woman who not only stayed with the man who did this to her child, his step-daughter, but advocates bringing children's abusers back into their home with the jazzed up term 'family reunification'. Is this where Sarah got her information?

We know that she wrote to Linda asking for very specific information. In other words she solicited the responses that she wanted. She asked for people who had been victims of vigilantism, she asked for people who were victims of 'restrictive laws', she asked for people who had notification cards. She focused on the states that had the most strict SOR guidelines. She knew the answers she wanted and that's what she set out to get.

This is not a 'study' this is mere journalism. Spin doctored to suit her purpose. She says that in researching this issue she interviewed "122 sex offenders and 90 of their loved ones......and a number of victims" I would like to know how many victims she interviewed .....that weren't also offenders.

It seems she put a lot of weight on the information she got from Linda Pehrson.

They should compare themselves to nazis, as a persecuted group. NOW the nazis are being persecuted. Or prosecuted. As well they should be. There ya go, pedos. There's your peer group. THAT'S who you compare yourselves to. It's much more accurate. :)

Stranger Rape

So many times, the pedos talk about statistics about which kids are raped, and by whom. They say over and over that most molestations and rapes are done by people who are not strangers to the children, as if that says something about them -- something positive.

And then they go on to tell stories about how they befriend children and children's parents. How they lust over their nephews, cousins, their own children.

So the next time you see a pedo quote some stats that say that stranger rape is less common than rape by family members or friends, remind them of this. Here's one simple quote that I'm about to go find, right this minute, without much research at all:

There is a lot of press about this guy again, I've noticed. But one thing that I haven't seen any of them talk about is something that is posted on his wiki, which is what he was doing BEFORE he made his pedosite. If you take a look at it, it's pretty damned scary.

His former sites looked just like his "girl love" websites, only, instead of focusing on little girls, they focused on prostitution. Like the wiki article says, the prostitutes he wrote about, and the areas where he found them were rated, just like the little girls and the places they visit are rated.

The websites were laid out exactly the same, and he also focused on "dark places," drugs, circumcision and radio. Such a fine focus on things like this is called a fetish.

Now, fetishes themselves are not dangerous. However, when a fetishist is focused on a child, that's dangerous. Fetishists' focuses are objects to them, even if they're living things. They're things they can buy, own, use as they sexually please.

If you take a look at these pedosites, that's what they're doing all the time. When you hear sex offenders talk about their prey, you will RARELY hear remorse. You won't hear them say that they're sorry for ruining a life. Yes, they're sorry they got caught, but they felt entitled to do what they did, and the people they harmed are simply debris.

Like the folks over at AZ say, everyone keeps saying that he hasn't done anything illegal, but if you go to the wayback machine (archive.org) and take a look at http://svstreetguide.org, you'll see that 1. he HAS done illegal things he got by with (frequented prostitutes in areas where prostitution is illegal), that 2. he views little girls exactly the same objectivising way he viewed prostitutes and 3. he's got very focused fetishes that he goes on and on about.

Today, I talked to a man who seems to following in Jerry Falwell's footsteps. He's a bit gentler, but not much.

I will not give him airtime here, but I will summarize our conversation:

I told him he should focus on issues where victims were involved.

He asked me if I was a bdsmer

I told him, yes, I was

I said that adults doing whatEVER with other adults is cool, because, hey, look! There are things to focus on besides homosexuality, things that involve real victims.

He asked me for my email account or something at this point (are you seeing how this is going yet?)

I mentioned a website where male pedophiles posted, and, you know, he went for that. Asked me to email him that info. So I did.

Before that, he said that even though we disagreed about S&M, we could probably have coffee together. Disregarding the fact that I don't drink coffee, he was probably right.

We'll see what he does with that. Anyway, in his last email, he said that it was commendable, the work that I do.

How is it commendable to do what anyone should do: speak up and get involved in something you're passionate about, something that might keep a few kids from being hurt?

One of the things that bugs me about pedophile activists is that they are polluting and corrupting not just the children that they exploit, but the public as a whole. I recently read a post on joemygod.blogspot.com about an experience he had at a lemonade stand in NYC. Joe is an out gay man who takes pictures of many things in NYC. The fact that a woman freaked out because he wanted to take pictures of some boys at a lemonade stand says a lot about what pedophile activists are doing to our world. Someone commenting on that blog post as Jack McClellan hit the nail on the head, saying that it's people like Jack who cause this kind of hysteria and bullshit.

Now, I'm not saying that we shouldn't be very aware of what's going on with our children, but pedophiles are always trying to blame NORMAL people for causing the hysteria, when it is the pedophiles themselves who're causing it, by molesting children, forcing their sick beliefs in people's faces, showing the public that their delusions are what fuel them.

It's GOOD that people are paying attention to what they are saying, and keeping a close eye on their kids, but for them to say that it is the antis who are causing this hysteria is preposterous. After all, if they were as "innocent" as they claim to be, and they only LOVE children, we'd have nothing to worry about. Instead, we know exactly what they are doing, or want to do, and that's what is causing the hyper-vigilance and hyper-awareness that you see today.

So, the next time you read them spewing about how they have to be so careful about what they do and say, and blame antis for this type of behavior, remind them that if none of them EVER laid a hand on a child, and none of them EVER spewed their putrid ideas of having sex with children, we wouldn't have to watch them, and everyone else, so carefully.

The Press and Pedophilia

I've seen a lot of the pedos talk about how it's the press' fault that they're getting convicted unfairly, and that the press is part of the reason society is all "brainwashed" about how damaging adult/child sex is. Of course, they have numerous things that they blame on their "plight."

There definitely is a lot more of it in the press these days, that's for sure. Sometimes when I read the forums about crime in the news, I'm just blown away by how many stories there are about this problem every day. I'm not going to question the motivation for there being more stories than there used to be, and I'm certainly not going to agree that any of it is being "generated," because it's a problem that's been around forever. But I think it does demonstrate that the general public is concerned about it; otherwise, the stories wouldn't sell -- people wouldn't watch TCAP, read the anti blogs, read the newspapers, etc.

I think that's a good thing. The public is being made aware, bigger than ever, that there's a gigantic problem that's been swept under rugs for far too long. And they're speaking out about it, asking for laws to be changed, and keeping their eyes more open than before, I think.

So, here's to all the media spreading the word, whether it's network television or the tiniest blog on the web saying 'LET'S STOP THIS SHIT!'

Camper = John Melanson?

We've seen the news stories about John Melanson being arrested. We've seen Camper answer on bc that it is not him. We've seen that the posts in the google group are very similar to what was accounted in the pdf file about this "JM" person. We've seen some iffy links between the two. But we have no solid information that Camper is actually John Melanson.

What I'd like to see is a solid link that they are one and the same. I'm definitely not trying to stir up shit within the anti community, but pretend I'm from Missouri and show me.

If anyone has any solid information that Camper from Epifora is actually John Melanson, please post here. I'd reallllly realllly love to know that they are the same person, and that this trash is behind bars, but I'm skeptical at this point.

Peering into Peers: A Grateful View

There is not much more that makes me smile than a pedophile being convicted for his actions. Over at Peej, the convictions are coming in in droves, which makes me suspect that X will be off in his predictions some. That would make me happy, if they were to overshoot that, as I'm sure everyone agrees. And that's one of the wonderful things about being an anti: everyone agrees. We may not agree about politics, fashion, cuisine, religion, or even child-rearing practices, but we all agree about one thing: pedophilia is a Very Bad Thing, and people who commit crimes of this nature need to be put away, for as long as possible. And that's why you don't see in-fighting and bullshit going on between us.

One of the things that does cause endless amusement for me is to watch bc, gc, etc, when they erupt into fights amongst themselves. It happens all the time, and provides ample material for us antis to snicker at. Why are they always fighting with each other, when they are gathered together in the name of something they all agree upon? Because they are gathered in forums of dishonesty. They have nothing to stand on: it's all illegal. They can't trust each other, because, after all, one of them may be one of US! They can't agree on which ages are the best children to abuse, because there are a lot of children in the age group of 0-18. They can't speak to each other with respect to other things outside of pedophilia because they're stunted, immature people who're focused on their own selfish desires.

But, back to the antis. I just really wanted to say that I'm grateful to be involved with all of you. You're all wonderful, dedicated people who I am proud to call peers and friends. I'm especially grateful to Peej, which provides a perfect and thriving atmosphere in which to volunteer, and to the other bloggers I've met in the course of my volunteerism. I've always said that I've been a very fortunate person when it comes to the people I've become involved with, and this is no exception.

I ran across a post earlier where some pedophile was laughing about an anti's personal blog on myspace. This anti is not even an active blogger, just a person who does some work around Peej and has a myspace account which is linked to the Peej account, and other Peejers.

Anyway, there's not a lot of personal info about me out there under my current nicks, but it made me think about one of the funny things that pedophiles like to talk about, and that's a big part of what this blog is about, updates and giggles. One thing that they like to do is "out" us. For example, they've strewn as much personal information around the net as possible about X and some of the contribs at Peej, and also about other antis, mostly bloggers. And I'm thinking, So what? What are they going to do, yell and point, "OMG, It's an Anti!!" and expect.... Well, I dunno what they expect.

It's not going to be like it was with Kevin Brown. He lost his job/wife/kid. It's not going to be like it is with Rookiee, hiding in his house, terrified of his shadow. It's not going to be like Robert Vann Smith, who is just one of many pedophiles who's been charged with raping a child and associated with a "boylove" website.

Maybe we'll get high fives from our neighbors? Oh noz!!!! Maybe someone will email us and say "good job!" I can't imagine that they would think that anything negative would happen from it. Maybe they think some crazed pedophile will stalk us and hurt us, but, though they do hurt children, they're cowards, in general, and would run screaming like a banshee if one of us got in their face and said, "Boo!"

So, yeah, things have been sort of quiet on the Anti front, with the holidays and all, or so it seems. Peej just got another conviction, followed shortly behind one right before the beginning of the year. And I'm sure other people are doing other things, heh.

So, I expect there will be outings this year, of pedos and antis, but it's highly likely that the results of each of those will be quite different. Quite differnt, indeed. :)

SSC and Pedophile Websites

This will likely be the strangest post I'll ever make.

You all have heard of BDSM and S&M, I assume. Otherwise, don't read this post (oh, and if you're under 18, don't read it either, since google doesn't give a fuck who reads these adult-oriented blogs).

Anyway, back in the day before porn shops sold oodles of velcro bondage kits, BDSMers were seen as abusers and violent people. Now, they're out and proud, gathering at conventions in hotels and other places across the country.

But, but, they HIT people! Yep, the ones who're out and about mostly do hit people, and the other half of them (or more) are out and about, looking for someone to hit them. I'm talking about adults -- people who can consent.

Just like NAMBLA, BDSM activists tried to align themselves with the gay movement, and they succeeded. Why did they succeed, and why didn't NAMBLA?

Well, one of the big things that be BDSM community did that got them more acceptance was come up with the "SSC" thing. I think they have Slave David to blame, I mean, credit for that, but I'm not positive (look it up if you want to know). Anyway, SSC means Safe, Sane and Consensual. The word "Consensual" comes from the word "Consensus," by the way, and not "Consent," which I think is important. Once this was passed around as the way they could talk to people about it, there was a big lot of acceptance from other people about it. Okay, cool, they're safe, they're adults who're agreeing about it, cool, just don't do it in front of me or my children.

The pedos are trying to devise their own form of SSC lately, I've noticed. They say that it's consensual, they say they don't hurt anyone, not really, and they say that they're sane.

We know that they're wrong on all counts. Some grown person wants a spanking from another grown person, or WHATEVER? Fine with me.

I'll never believe that a child can consent, or that any group of people besides sociopathic pedophiles will ever reach consensus that it's okay to do that.

This is another Keep Your Eyes Open post, about how they try to use other groups' tactics to try to convince the "mainstream" that what they're trying to do is okay.

Pedophiles and Nazis

First, yesyes, I do know about Godwin's Law, and I guess what is going on sometimes between the antis and the pedos is a big fat flamewar, but anyway...

I see them compare themselves to gay folks, black folks and jewish folks all the time. They compare antis and the government to Hitler and the Nazis. Poor them, how they suffer! But, really, if you take a good look at what's going on, there can be a comparison made -- between the pedos and the nazis.

If you've ever wondered how the hell something like the holocaust could happen, how so many people could become involved in that kind of shit, you've probably read about it to find out how it happened, and you probably found out that part of the strategy was the propaganda the nazis used, and how they twisted words to create the atmosphere that it was okay to do what they were doing.

That's exactly what the pedophiles online do. They try to use propaganda and they twist words around and try to use long convoluted explanations of who they are and what they do, and what they'd like to do.

And they do trick some people.

Thing is, Hitler was dealing with people who'd been oppressed by poverty and promised them a lot of relief from that. Pedophiles have nothing to work with. It's not like they can suddenly promise a car per household and food for people who'd been scraping to eat for a long time. All they can offer is to harm our children with deception and abuse.

No thanks.

But a lot of what we're fighting here is gullibility. It usually just takes a bit of translation to show someone what they're up to. So, let's keep talking to folks about it. They'll never do the damage that the nazis did, but with some of their propaganda and bullshit, they may be able to charm their way into people's lives, so we have to keep telling people about them.

A tip of my hat to the folks over at Warriors for Innocence for doing such a bang-up job describing them and how they snake their way into people's homes and families.

The Ostrich Syndrome: How to Remove Heads from Sand

It's hard for some people, probably MOST people, to understand how much of a problem it is. Most of the regular readers of this blog are very familiar with what is going on with pedophiles online, their tactics, identities, stinking cesspools they call "communities," etc. But, for people who aren't here working on it on a regular basis, actually visiting pedo sites and blogs, I imagine it can seem pretty unreal. After all, there can't be THAT many of them out there, and they can't be after MY children, right?

We have to be careful about how we talk to people who aren't active antis. What I mean by this is that when we talk to someone who's not familiar with it, we need to be gentle. We need to realize that they don't want to believe it. Who would want to believe this shit? I sure wish it weren't true! So it can be easy for some people to think that we're overreacting, or exaggerating the problem. That keeps their worlds a nice rosey color.

I want to make it clear that I'm not bashing people who don't know what's going on. I think it's very natural to want to disbelieve this. I think it's healthy, to a certain extent. After all, we don't want everyone walking around with gloom and doom and pedophilia on our minds.

HOWEVER. Just like all sorts of child abuse that was buried for centuries and never talked about, it's time that information about pedophiles, who they are, what they say, how many of them there are, etc, is unearthed and spoken about. We need to take the scariness of it away, at least enough so that people can TALK about this, and do something about it. We don't want to keep shoving it under the rug.

That's where we come in, we antis. We have to inform other people and talk about this, just like we talk about drunk drivers, wife beaters and fatty foods. This is a clear and present danger, and everyone needs to know, and needs to be comfortable talking about it.

So, here's my challenge to all of you. Learn to talk to people on the "outside" about this issue without making them become defensive. Be informative and helpful, not offensive and in-your-face blunt. Use tact when contacting people about this problem, and be a problem-solver, offering solutions, rather than just yelling about it. Noone will listen otherwise. Let's do this right.

And, that, readers, is when I had to stop listening. That implies that, because a person has an orgasm that whatever's being done to them is okay. This is why young boys, and males in general, have a problem with prosecuting people who've raped them. Anyone can be forced to have an orgasm, but that doesn't mean that they wanted to, and I imagine that that would make the abuse much more embarrassing, and would enable the abuser to keep the victim silent. But this is a JUSTIFICATION for these people! Imagine! I just can't.

Pedospeak: What they say, and what they really mean

1. They say they're child lovers. They just love them, that's all. They want to help them with their lives, and give many examples where they've helped a child with his/her life, giving them loving guidance and support, usually where there's an absence of that love and support from family members.

If that's indeed the case, why not just simply be a big brother or sister and just do what those people do, and enrich a child's life? Why post on a pedophile site? Why even bring the pedophilia into the whole thing? They like to say that they talk about these things so these "feelings" can't build up and overwhelm them so that they don't do all sorts of sexual things to children, but, come ON. Is there no such thing as self-control amongst these people? I never did buy the whole "I can't help it" thing as a defense. Personal responsibility, table for two!

2. They say they'd never hurt a child. Then, of course, some of them go on to say that it's not hurting a child to have sex with that child. It just feels good, and why is sex so bad?

I probably don't have to explain this one to you, but some of them do it for us. Some of them lament that they will never be able to experience sex with their Young Friends, because they know what a burden a complicated situation like that would do to a child. But do they shut they fuck up about and go about their business improving these children's lives? Hell no. Instead, they post about it online, talking about brief glimpses of a child's private parts, or engage in conversations about their hardons. What good is that doing ANYONE? Of course, what they mean, when they talk about the burden of complicated situations is that SOCIETY has made those situations complicated. If that nasty old Society person would stay out of their sexlives, everything would be Just Fine.

3. Children should have rights of their own, to choose when they want to have sex with adults. Think about the children!!

I've never seen any number of children come out and say "Hey, wtf are y'all doing? We all want to have rights to fuck these adults! Where are our rights??!" Of course, the culprit here is Society, also. We control our children to such a degree that they feel they can't confront parents or other authority figures about their own sex lives. I read recently, on the GL site, about a 10 year old girl who's battling city hall about not being able to ride her scooter in town. Amazing child that is. Where are all those children who want to have sex with adults? Why aren't they rebelling? Of course, there's that one blog written by the 15-16 yr old who wants to fuck old men, but, hey, it takes all kinds.

4. Everything they say on their sites is legal!

No it isn't. I've seen multiple thread where someone has asked how to get their YF interested in sex, away from their parents' houses, to pay attention to them. This kind of "advice" is incendiary. This kind of "freedom of speech" advocates committing a crime.

5. But, but, they're just a support group! That's all! They need their support groups so that they can accept their feelings and not suppress them, so that they don't go out and commit mass molestation/murder. I mean, look at that Amish guy!

When someone doubts himself because what turns him on is WRONG, he needs to get help for that, not support. He doesn't need others saying, "It's okay, you're not alone, we're like that too." I will never forget a post I saw on the "boylove" site, thanking his fellow pedophiles for helping him to become a "fully actualized" pedophile. That should sum it up right there.

Anyhow, that's what I've got for now. Please feel free to leave other examples of pedospeak and what it really means in my comment section (and, no. this does not apply to pedophiles).

The point of this post is to educate people about how pedophiles try to twist words around and try to make people believe that they're normal, benign, misunderstood people. Do not be fooled. They are anything but.

"Fundraiser"

Notice the quotation marks. I admit I'm having quite a laugh reading about the fundraiser for Epifora/FreeSpirits/BoyChat/GirlChat. There are several things which are striking my funny bone.

First, the in-fighting. It's amazing that, in their "time of crisis" they still can't seem to band together, choosing instead to fight each other at the drop of a hat. I've seen the "babylovers" scream at Jim for asking for donations from them, seeing as how Jim likes to go on rants about baby rapers sometimes. Of course the "babylovers" respond by calling the ones in Jim's aoa (age of attraction) "geriatric" and "haircovered." Yes, very, very sick, but very funny at the same time, simply because it distracts them and keeps them busy with something besides going out and finding these kids. They're also fighting about seniority: who's been there longer than the other. Then there's the ever-amusing battle between the "girllovers" and "boylovers," and, in one case, one of the "girllovers" calls the GirlChat site the bratty, snot-nosed little brother of the BoyChat site, whining about how they're only being hosted by Epifora because of some association with big brothers being forced by parents to let the little brother tag along. It's also funny that on both sites, posters are being blamed for drawing attention to the sites by posting disgusting threads such as "How to get a kid in bed," and "Oh, I'm so hard-up for boy cock." As if noone could read between the lines in all the other posts on those boards. (We have screenshots, by the way, Hínandil and Rusty)

Yet, the wheel turns, and they have thread upon thread announcing pledges. There are people keeping track of totals, but really, who knows? The pledges are funny, though. "I'll send $100 but I don't know when." "If anyone will give me the address to send it to, I'll send 50 bucks," etc.

What's funnier is their paranoia. They are paranoid about anyone who asks for the address, yet they're constantly screaming about giving til it hurts. I wonder how many true pedos are not being given the address due to paranoia, and how many antis are getting the addresses simply because the person with the information "feels good" about the email. It's obvious that they don't have any sort of system to find out who's sincere about it or not, so they're flying by the seats of their pants and jumping at any little creak in the house. But here's the thing, really: Why are they paranoid? All they do is LOVE children, right? They're not doing anything illegal, right? They'd never HURT a child, right? None of them have child porn on their computers, right? That's what they say, anyway. If that's the case, why be paranoid at all? Why not post maildrops in public, and just go pick up the money that's being donated for their "good cause?" I don't need an answer to that question. Neither do any of you.

And on the sidelines are the newbie posters, the ones who've just signed up. Of course, everyone's suspicious of everyone, and there's a fellow who posted a long, heart-rending (cough) story of his experience with child porn, the police, losing his family, job, etc, and people are calling bullshit, the most amusing of which is WM, who seems to think that one must vet himself by going to his website so WM can get his IP address. The newbie has posted today that he has gone over to WM's site to "have his IP checked," and has said that he will basically out himself to the mods if they request. Tell me THAT'S not funny! In the words of "Dylan Thomas,"

"Everyone is a government informant."

Indeed. And that makes me smile.

Hi everybody...

I am making this post because I need the support of our community in the fight that is ahead of us.

Five years ago Epifora was created for the purpose of hosting Free Spirits resources. Before that FS was moving from ISP to ISP trying to find a stable hosting solution. No ISP would have us for long, although they always said they supported freedom of expression. We decided that we needed our own ISP that would not fold under political pressure.

And so my partners and I created Epifora, and got a hosting deal with WorldCom Canada. And for 5 years we have been a well-behaved and entirely legal ISP for Free Spirits and others.

Last Wednesday, October 4, Epifora recieved a fax from MCI Canada giving us notice of termination in 30 days, for "a breach of Verizon's AUP." Included was an URL to MCI's AUP.

Practically the message from MCI Canada is... Verizon told us to get rid of you. Obviously this is due to political pressure brought to bear on Verizon by Perverted Justice.

We have not breached Verizon's or MCI's AUP. PJ's statements regarding Epifora and the content belonging to the clients we host are lies.

We believe that we can fight this, and so we are strategizing and organizing to do that.

I don't know exactly what form our fight will take, but we are determined to do it if it is at all possible. We think we are in as good a position as anyone ever has been to fight such an action. Epifora is and always has been a responsible organization... with a 5 year record of trouble-free operation. We've never had a takedown notice from either Law Enforcement nor our host, and we've always been responsive to complaints. And I think we can prove that in Court. Not that we should have to...

And so, I am hereby outting myself as the primary at Epifora. I am a boylover, and almost 11 years ago BoyChat changed my life for the better by giving me a community to be a part of and to be responsible to. BoyChat and Free Spirits need to continue to exist.

PJ runs on righteousness, whereas we merely have the truth on our side. I don't know what else I'd rather be doing with my life than this, and I will be devoted to the fight as long as I can. Maybe the fight with PJ will be short... maybe we won't be able to stop the November 3 termination date. If that happens I will turn my attention to seeing that especially this resource, BoyChat, stays online. Because BoyChat is what it's all about.

I will keep our community informed as I can. I believe this will be an open fight, and I am not afraid of the truth coming out. I'm looking forward to it, in fact. Because the truth is that we are a civilized and reasonable people, and that the world will be worse off without us.

I think one of the things that makes me the sickest about these gross ass motherfuckers is when they post about their YFs. There are many implications that are not-so-subtely veiled. There are encouragements that should be illegal.

It's sort of like a bomb-making site, where you have guys on there saying, god, it would turn me on so much to blow up a building, and other guys who are saying "it's okay, you're not alone, the rest of us get woodies about blowing things and people up, too." And then the others alluding to buildings and people they've already blown up.

Come ON! This country is all about free speech, but put that website up and let people talk like that about bombs and you've got a PROBLEM. Why is it so hard for people to see that this is the same kind of PROBLEM?

Because no bomb has ever hit them? Because they think they're immune to disaster? What is it that makes them so apathetic about predators, while they would happily shut down and arrest those who want to blow someone the fuck up? Do they not realize what kind of disaster these guys would like to make legal? Do they not realize what a disaster it would be if one of these guys got to one of the children in their families? What is it?

Composed this little song, "We Shall Grow", but I'm stuck for the last couple of lines, represented below syllabically by "la-de-da" etc. Yes, I know the words are corny, but it's just supposed to be a simple feelgood anthem (the music is actually very catchy & upbeat with a nice rhythm).

Anyone have any suggestions how to finish it?
